Without this One Thing, a child may never know his parents love him and will go looking for love in all the wrong places, like gangs, drugs, promiscuity and the like. The One Thing - Ep 10

Scripture tells us that desired fulfilled is a Tree of Life. Our children are full of desires, but as parents, we are constantly denying them. Because of this, over time, children learn to suppress desire. The enemy loves this because, without desire, no one ever reaches their potential or fulfills their destiny.
In this video, I will teach you how to honor your child's desires without granting every wish. This keeps the flame of Desire alive in his heart which will fuel all of his future endeavors including fulfilling his God-given destiny.

Guarding our heart is of the utmost importance, according to Solomon, the author of Proverbs. However, most of us have not been taught how to do this, let alone how to help our children do this. Jesus tells us to be perfect as our heavenly Father is perfect. Heard through the ears of performance or behavior, this sounds like a tall order, a command to work harder to be better. But when we hear these words through the lens of identity, they take on a whole new meaning. In this episode we will take a look at the Scriptural context of this statement, what Jesus was saying and how it applies to parenting.
